Material:
– 2-3 ripe tomatoes
– 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves
– 2-3 green chillies
– 4-5 garlic cloves
– 1 teaspoon cumin
– Salt as per taste
– 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Method of making:
First of all, place tomatoes, chillies and garlic directly on the gas and fry them lightly from all sides. This will further enhance the taste of the chutney. Now carefully peel the tomato and add roasted tomatoes, coriander leaves, green chillies, garlic and cumin seeds in the mixer grinder.
